Not Getting Pregnant – What am I doing wrong?

If you’ve been trying for a baby for more than 12 months and the doctor says there is no medical reason why you can’t conceive then why isn’t it happening?

The number of clients I am seeing in my reflexology practice for this very reason has been steadily increasing.

Being the naturally inquisitive person I am, I wanted to find out how we could improve peoples chances of becoming parents and help them realise their dream of holding their baby in their arms.

So, what can we do?

Well we’re not miracle workers and there’s no guarantee that it will work, but at the very least we will help you to get your body and your mind into the right condition for conception and incubation. This will increase your chances of conceiving a healthy baby more quickly and reduce the risk of miscarriage.

There are many things you can do to improve your chances of becoming pregnant and on the other side of the coin, there are many things you can stop doing. Some of the things we do as “the norm” on a daily basis could possibly be sabotaging the chances of having a baby. (Don’t worry we will be discussing this shortly.)

Are you committed?

From the minute you decide to start trying for a baby you need to commit to ensuring your body and mind are in the very best of health or at the very least you are going to do everything in your power to get them to optimum health. If you are not ready to make this commitment, then it may be that you are not ready to start a family.

This process will more than likely mean making serious changes to your lifestyle. Are you ready to make changes to your lifestyle?

If you’re ready to commit and you’re ready to make some serious changes to the way you live in order to increase your chances of conception then watch out for my next blog when we’ll look at what could be sabotaging your chances of getting pregnant.

Until tomorrow – get a good night’ sleep!!
